I decided to become a Psychologist when I was 12 years old. After graduating from Wofford College (go Terriers), I went on to complete my doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology with a concentration in Health at Nova Southeastern University in 2004. I completed my predoctoral training in the dinosaur ages at the Miami VA Hospital, where I
I completed specialized training in PTSD, Chronic Pain, and Geropsychology.
I ran a successful private practice in South Carolina, where I specialized in women's behavioral medicine before we relocated to South Florida. I continued to work within private practice, where I specialized in academic and sports performance. Now, I combine both areas of expertise to help people perform better in life, academics, and sports in Colorado Springs, CO.
I love fitness, health, sports, writing, and helping people perform better in life. Most of all, I love my family: my amazing husband of 17 years, our 12 year old daughter, two Yorkies, and an English Cream Golden Retriever.
It brings me great joy to help people solve problems and actualize their potential.
